Great value! Connie and Greg were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Furnishings were high quality. Plenty of room to move and relax. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

"Convenient, homey B&B where breakfast is prepared with care."

Connie and Greg were very gracious and knowledgeable hosts. Breakfast was filling and prepared with care—one savory and one sweet item each morning. The TV is well-equipped with streaming services, the bathroom came complete with toiletries, and the B&B is in walking distance of the local river trail. Both Connie and Greg gave great suggestions of what to do and eat both in Ouray and in the neighboring towns of Ridgway and Montrose. They make guests feel like family.

Hearing footsteps and voices from upstairs early in the morning.
