I like the water pressure

The sheets weren’t fresh when we get there. We couldn’t sleep on our first night because we got itchy and the smell of the blanket, whew. We had to request for fresh sheets and blanket on our second day. We had to pay extra though. It’s ok, it’s only minimal. The toilet seat was wet, the entire room wasn’t cleaned at all. No electric fan. We also had to pay extra for borrowing.

The staff, they're accommodating. They did their job properly. They provided what I personally requested before we arrived and before we left. They're approachable. The place is presentable. There were 3 large trash bins for each floor, clap clap! And the common area, there's TV for netflix and a dispenser for hot and cold water. Also there's a parking space designated for one or two cars and few motorcycles. I also suggest to put two rags for each room. One for the room entrance and one for the bathroom as it takes too long to dry the rag after washing. I understand that the place is still new but I hope my review would help the management improve the place for future travellers.

I have just started taking a bath at around 4AM on our last day when the water supply suddenly ran out (checked all to confirm). I had shampoo on my hair so I needed to push through. Good thing, we have saved water from the night before, but it was just half of the bucket. It was very cold. And it was not enough for me to fully wash my whole body since I have thick hair that consumed most of the water.😢 The place is just right, hallways are not wide but can fit 2 people when they pass by at the same time. I suggest that renters should be reminded to practice silence at all times to respect the others. On our first night, we're definitely tired but the ladies in the other room were so noisy at around 1AM-2AM. They kept on going in and out of their room, closing the door was so loud. Even shouting while taking a bath. Also at dawn, I can smell the odor from the bathroom even if its window was opened for circulation. Sorry, I'm too sensitive to odors.

Clean, very accessible location to city proper and accommodating staff

No gate for guest only roll up that cause noisy when there was in and out guest. Bed has plastic that cause noisy also every movement. Picture from booking.com is not the same when you choose double standard room versus actual room.

Rooms look nice and the bathroom is clean

Needs entry Lobby , the Inn always looks closed , Needs more home accessories like water dispenser for the visitors .

The location and the ambiance of the room. Its as if I was just in a hotel.

There should have a gate for the guest to enter even late night that they will not worry of calling for sombody to open for them for the roll up.
