Riad Le Grizzly

On the positive side, the riad was quiet and peaceful, which made it a good place to relax. We were also warmly welcomed and offered traditional mint tea, which was a nice touch.

However, there were several disappointments. The breakfast was quite limited, and the coffee was a major downside — it was served from a thermos instead of being freshly brewed. The pool was also a letdown. The listing mentioned a heated pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, but in reality it was not usable during my stay. The most disappointing issue was the airport transfer. We were told we would share the ride with another couple, which suggested the cost would be split, but in the end both couples were charged the full amount. I found this unfair and misleading. I also feel that the price does not match the standard. At this level, coffee and tea in the room should be included. There was a coffee machine, but each capsule cost an extra 2.5 euros, which felt excessive. Additionally, the TV in our room did not work at all, and the Wi-Fi was very limited — it only worked near the reception and not in the room. Overall, while the riad is peaceful, the price is too high for the level of service and amenities provided.

Vicino a molte attrazioni di Marrakech, il Riad è delizioso, ricercato nell'arredo, e con staff gentilissimo che ci ha anche aiutato nella ricerca e disponibilità del transfer aeroportuale che era molto presto al mattino. Consigliatissimo!!!

Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia en el riad. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien organizado. La ubicación es perfecta. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Lamiaa por su excelente trato, siempre amable, atenta y muy profesional. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveremos.

Todo estuvo muy bien, no tenemos nada negativo que comentar.
