Beds were hard and bed bug infested and roach infested in the rooms. The door to the room did not latch when shutting it. No one stayed in office you had to call when you wanted to check in or out. It was just nasty.
USThis was a very basic, no frills facility. For the amount of money that we paid - it was an excellent value. We were in the area to attend a family member's funeral. We just needed a clean room to sleep in for this unexpected trip. The room was clean, & comfortable. The manager was very accommodating & she was very helpful solving a small issue with the toilet that wouldn't stop running. She dealt with the issue very promptly. She went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed while staying at the motel. If you want a fancy room with lots of amenities - this wouldn't be a good fit. But in our case - it was more than adequate to suit our needs.
I have no complaints. Would stay again under similar circumstances.
Service was great, but the carpet in our room was wet by the a.c. and it smelled like mildew back.
A nice hotel in rural Oklahoma. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, and management friendly. Will be staying here again.
