Clean and tidy. WiFi good

No hangers on the rails so no way of hanging clothes up for the week.. Just one small hand towels. No toilet brush downstairs toilet. Had to hunt for keys to back door. Found them in cutlery drawer. No garden furniture to be able to enjoy garden. Garden was laid to stones so not suitable for children. Washing machine provided but only inside drying frame. Beds were hard and to my dismay they did not have any mattress protectors on! Big no no for rentals. Only one key provided. Very noisy neighbours and continuous police sirens going night and day. Car break in opposite first night we arrived. Some of this niggles are just basic amenities expected in any rental. Reported to Horizons but very disappointed that they didn't supply hangers etc.
