Prainha Calm Retreat in Alvor

Grossartige Lage zu mehreren Beaches auf dem Cliff. Genügend freie Parkplätze (im Juni) und wirklich ruhig, da innerhalb einer gated community gelegen. Appartments geräumig, aber auch sehr funktionell und billig eingerichtet.

Vor dem Eingang des Appartments war es während 5 Tagen unaufgeräumt (Dreck und verdorrte Blätter). Es war ein Erdgeschoss Appartment mit sehr wenig Licht - bunkerähnlich auch der Garten, der von Mauern umgeben ist. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt aber gepflegt und macht Freude. Einfach nie mehr im Erdgeschoss buchen. Keine Mikrowelle und kein Tiefkühlfach vorhanden.

Nada. Unos incompetentes

Desorganización, de 3 días que alquile el alojamiento solo pude disfrutar de 1 día de piscina. Además, el aire acondicionado de la habitación perdía agua y me mojo todas mis pertenecías. Las sábanas no estaban limpias, me encontré restos de sangre en ellas.

Appartamento molto carino inserito in una zona privilegiata, Minimercato e un ristorante affianco. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed ordinato e lo staff è stato super cordiale e gentile. Sicuramente ci torneremo

L'emplacement.

Les lits n'étaient pas confortables. Trop peu d'eau chaude. L'un devait prendre sa douche le matin et l'autre le soir. Et encore là, il fallait aller vite! Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. Compte tenu de tous les tapons que nous avons trouvés sous les lits, le ménage n'avait vraisemblablement pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Enfin, moisissure et très mauvaise odeur sous l'évier. Un ménage en profondeur s'imposerait.

I spent a week at this villa, and the first thing I loved was the stunning surroundings. The greenery is amazing, it’s quiet, and the birdsong creates such a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The villa itself is nice and has everything you could possibly need for cooking — all the essentials are there.

It was a bit chilly and humid inside, but the hosts left a dehumidifier, which ran all day and was only turned off at night. The first night, the sheets were damp and smelly, which wasn’t very comfortable, but after that, it got better. The mattresses are very firm, and the waterproof mattress protector makes a crinkling sound. It felt more like sleeping on a hospital bed than on a villa retreat. Also, some areas of the villa such as the bathroom could use a little refresh, and the leather sofa could really use a cleaning or maybe even replacing.
