The heating in the room was not working

Quite clean and tidy. Easy to access.

WiFi network is not available at room. The WiFi network can only connect at the common room.

Friendly and responsive host. Plenty of parking spaces on the road (you would receive message from host on exact street). Exceptionally clean room and shared facilities (bathroom and kitchen area), comfortable bed

nothing to add, possible area of improvement removal of key code from bathroom (got a bit confused with 2 codes once or twice)

Host was very accommodating. Able to allow early check in, as it was just a quick one night visit so this was very handy. Also host was great with communicating.

Before my arrival, the team personally called to welcome me, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional trip. Upon arriving, I found the key system incredibly user-friendly, which added to my sense of safety and security. The journey from the hallway to my room was a delightful experience; everything was clean and elegantly maintained. My room not only looked fresh but also had a pleasant scent, reflecting the careful attention given to it. While I noticed a few minor marks, they quickly became irrelevant in the grand scheme of my stay. To say my experience was outstanding wouldn’t do it justice.

From the first contact on messaging till I got to the property. I was even allowed early check in which was really nice after coming from a 12hour shift. The facility is perfect, very clean and they have everything you will need. The kitchen is to die for, so beautiful and spacious. I wish I had stayed longer just to spend time on the kitchen. A lovely place and it will become my regular place when in Wigan. Thank you so much to the owner 🙏🏽🤣
