The room and the space were nice. Most of the staff were attentive.

There was no wifi available in the rooms and a very weak connection (if any) close to the main area. We were told that the pool was closed for maintenance.

The staff were great and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise very nicely decorated and a good variety of excellent food. Maybe not the cheapest but given the reasonable room price we were happy. The room was an upgraded one, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. A rural location but handy for the two nearby towns, and some quiet lanes at the back for a pre dinner walk. Good size pool wish it had been warm enough to use. Oh and the best olive oil and bread sticks we have ever had.

The outside of the buildings has a rustic look, probably great in the sunshine not so much in the rain and a few areas could do with a touch up. But given the price we were happy.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, the heating (on a cold rainy night) was great and the shower had lovely water pressure. The restaurant was a very nice bonus. Dinner was superb, and accommodated a vegan and two guests with no special food restrictions.

The communication was a little challenging and one of our rooms was missing a toilette sit.

Good location to visit Padre Pio, easy parking, tranquil location and good breakfast. Nice premises with a great pool if you travel in summer. Restaurant was fully booked, and the owner helped us to go have dinner in nearby restaurant.

No Wi-Fi in rooms, only at reception area. TV in our room didn't work and nobody came to fix the problem.

The restaurant should be available for guests. We was told to book table through their Instagram site, never heard anything back. Noicy in the evenings. No hot water, on several occasions, in the shower.

It started raining as soon as we arrived and we were without electricity for two hours. We could 't reach the reception because it was pouring and it was impossible to talk to the staff on the phone.
