Slice of Paradise at Aquatika

Loved the apartment, nice open layout and great natural light! Also great curtains for blocking that same great light when sleeping in too. The A/C was perfectly arctic. Plenty of towels when we got there, plus washer and dryer for keeping things fresh and clean. Hubby loved the hammock on the balcony. The water pressure and the temperature were great. We felt safe on the property. The parking spots were super convenient. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and all appliances were super clean and ready for use. I made big breakfasts in the mornings and the oven and stove (electric) worked wonderfully as well. We didn't use the dishwasher although they do have one. We bought and donated a couple of bathtub mats as the tubs were slippery. Our hosts were great, had speedy communication, and addressed any questions we had which weren't many as they had provided a thorough rundown of info prior to our arrival. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. Given that this was a big family trip (7 people), we couldn't have asked for more comfortable, convenient accommodations. Would definitely book again for a family trip!

My teenagers are serious swimmers so they were a little bummed out that all the pools were shallow (4 feet). I explained that it was because it was a family-friendly feature but you know kids. Even so, they still had fun splashing around. The only other thing is that the apartment is centrally located on the property so it's a long-ish walk to the beach (10 minutes).

It was a great location with easy drive to beautiful beaches but it did have a small walkable one. The water was clear and the beach clean

I loved the location of the property, it was very nice and clean felt safe and really close to local bars, restaurants, and grocery! the pools were amazing and the hot tub was nice! we loved alli the host she was so great and gave us so much information that we needed for exploring! we already booked this apartment again!!! it’s definitely worth every penny and you will feel like you are at home!

The community was excellent, the service by the hosts was excellent (they went above and beyond to help us after there was a technical issue with booking.com), the apartment was fantastic and well furnished and prepared.

The surrounding village is exactly that; a village. That meant that we were unprepared for how early everything closes (7pm) and how the overall area doesn't cater as much to tourists as other parts of Puerto Rico.
