"Hammer Aussicht vom Balkon, für 3-4 Nächte super."

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderschön! Die Lage ist super. 10 Minuten zum Strand, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants auch fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Laur Vermieter kann die Touristenregistrierung nur mit unseren Reisepässen durchgeführt werden. Da wir unsere Reisepässe ihm nicht geben wollten, mussten wir selber zur Touristeninformation gehen... etwas nervig. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat geknarrt beim drehen im Bett, das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer ist für 2 Personen nicht bequem. Aber für 3 Nächte war der Aufenthalt trotzdem ok.

Der Ort ist relativ ruhig und man kann einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer verbringen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung der Wohnung funktional.

Die Müllentsorgung ist prinzipiell unterirdisch in dem Land. Es wäre für zukünftige Gäste gut zu wissen, wo es Müllcontainer gibt, um den Hausmüll entsorgen zu können. In der Wohnung selber könnte man auch mal gelegentlich den Fußboden reinigen. Die Füße waren nach wenigen Schritten schwarz. Der Fernseher ist ebenfalls unbrauchbar, da das Menü auf Russisch ist und kein Fernsehprogramm vorhanden ist.
