The owners, Niko and family, are wonderful hosts and the hotel is close to the beach and major attractions.

The hotel gets a bit hot in the stairwell, but other than that, the hotel is in a good location, good value for money and accomodating of their guests.

A truly wonderful experience. The team’s hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel like a guest—I felt like family. The service was not only professional but genuinely caring, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Thank you for making it so memorable.

Outdated, same like most of the accomodations in Patong, from European point of view. I'm visiting Patong for years, and spending weeks everytime in various locations.
