The coordination, Customer care, with Mr Amos and his staff even before I could travel to Kigali whilst I was in my home country was excellent, above all the location is easily accessible as it is just along the main road from the Airport which is not far from it and situated in a very good environment ,the staff are very hard working and polite to the customers whilst security is perfect as I could leave my valuables such as laptop etc and nothing among my personal effects went missing from the my room. . .In nut shell the services are very good that's to say Airport pickups with reasonable prices.p

The doors are not yet computerized where the cards should be introduced in near future in order to enhanced security. The rooms which are on ground floor are directly faced by a shabben which at times disturbs guest because of Noise before it closes as the set up of allocation of plots are quite very close to each other. The rooms have no fridges.

It was a stay I appreciated the most since I'm travelling. Not only that the location is great but the host makes it great. He will help you with any problems you have. There is also some kind of familiar atmosphere. I enjoyed it very much. Thanks again. And I'll definitely return.

Well, I would tell you if there was anything I didn't like but... Just liked it!

Absolutely Nothing.

1. Location is terrible. There is a noisy bar and a store across the street that the people party all night long. After that, the dogs bark constantly. 2. The internet is terrible. On and Off Constantly. 3. No Airconditioning 4. Bed HARD - with mosquito netting ripped and pole broken - Mosquitos are Bad!! 5. One towel for 2 people - The towel smelled. No hand towels or floor towels. 6. NO hot water. The owner said most people in Rwanda get up and go and don't need to shower. 7. Shower does not drain and water gets all over as there is NO shower curtain 8. No place to even put toiletries while in bathroom 9. Breakfast.. Too funny .. I dont even know how to describe the meal.. 10. plus plus plus. If you are looking for western standards.. this is not the place for you. We checked out the next day of our 6 day booking. The owner said he had another property .. again next to the noisy bar, that had hot water.. BUT its not what we wanted. He got really nasty and after originally saying he would refund, he renigged on his word and will not refund the additional 5 days we did not stay. Obviously he needs the money. I would avoid this place. It is not what the listing says it to be.
