It was in a good location

The constantly asked me to put bin out when I arrived as I walked in the was mud prints on the carpet it was dusty the was food still left in cupboards from last tenants I went upstairs the was dirty socks left in one off the rooms, the roof in the living room has past leaks and I had been for a show sat in there and the was water coming down the wall. The was stains on the bedroom floor like sick . The bath had mould on it and The neighbor on the left side was in and out off cars all night and banging I had to clean when I got hear last tenants left rubbish all around the bins so had to clean that hopefully for the next tenants it will be different!

That I was charged an extra £50.00 for what I don't know we left place very clean & tidy only thing we didn't do was put rubbish in main bin it was overflowing it was like that when we arrived.but we put all rubbish in bags tied left in kitchen

The house is too beautiful and according to the desired preference.

Nothing is perfect

It was well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was really nice as well

The knob on top of the kettle was broken when we arrived and the cutlery wasn't clean. There were lots of cobwebs and dust in the bedrooms and while there was a downstairs toilet, it was in a very small space under the stairs and was quite claustrophobic. Also I wasn't given any check in information until I arrived at the property and asked for the code to access it and then we had to pay refundable £150 deposit on top of the £200(rounded up) for the one night stay - which they likely won't refund

Easy access to saltburn and Redcar beaches

Good price well presented sorted heating problem quickly

Very clean and comfy beds

Had issues on arrival spoke to the letting agent and sent photos. I am awaiting a response

We are often in the area due to seeing family and try to stay local. The house itself was lovely with plenty of room and nice facilities throughout.
