It has heating. Basic amenities.

Not much. Absolutely brutal communication, we almost weren't able to get into the apartment, but got lucky that another resident let us in. Also, the outside noise is very bad, essentially no soundproofing. The road noise and construction noise is much worse than people say- my partner literally woke up from it and asked if someone was in our room.

Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Die Lage der Appartements direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse ist schwierig.

Beautiful property with lovely views. Very comfortable and relaxing. A 20 minute walk to Bellagio which was lovely.

Close to the road so a little noisy at times when the doors were open but we got used to it.

L’appartement est parfaitement propre 👍🏻 Parking sécurisé sur place 👍🏻 Clim, machine à laver , fer a repasser , machine à café , supermarché à 150 mètres à pieds Jolie vue de l’appart Plusieurs chemin à pieds pour rejoindre le centre ville faut compter environs 20 minutes

- L'appartement a été refait et est en lui-même très agréable. Belle vue d'un côté et petit balcon donnant sur un petit patio d'un autre. - Bonne literie - situé à un bon kilomètre du centre de Bellagio

- LE BRUIT. L'appartement est situé au bord de la route qui amène à Bellagio et qui est très passante : un flot de voitures et de motos incessant. En plus, en face, un immeuble est en construction : bruit de pelleteuse, de chantier... - le contact avec les personnes : peu d'instructions à l'arrivée. Réponse de mauvaise foi à mon message : elles n'étaient pas au courant des travaux!!!!

Vista muito bonita e acesso facil. Estavamos de carro e garagem facil e espacosa apartamento muito limpo e com todas as facilidades necessarias como maquina de lavar louca e roupa, talheres, panelas e ar condiconado nos 2 ambientes Para visitar o centro de Bellagio recomendo ir de carro, bicicleta ou bondinho da cidade

Apartment lovely and clean, spacious with wonderful views and all mod cons. Very comfortable and washing machine very useful.

Shower great but cubicle too small! Husband didn't like the kettle...would have preferred an electric one.
