Very spaceous place. This is absolutely worth the price it has. I love that there is 2 balconies with 2 different great views. Bonus points that it has a washing machine and a flatiron 👍

The water in the bathtub was not going away fast. The valve could really be opened with the mechanism it had and the water was always piling up. The fix is you need to take out the cap completely. Also the door from the building has a way to unlock and the first time we thought we got locked outside and couldn't enter but we found out how it works after 20+min of trying.

La casa era pulita

Lo scarico della vasca aveva il tappo non funzionante quindi l'acqua ristagnava, la macchinetta del caffè inesistente, ma per fortuna erano presenti le cialdine, il check in proposto e accettato per le 13 non è stato rispettato, nonostante mi avessero avvisata che alle 13 la casa sarebbe stata pronta. Inoltre sarebbe stata cortesia la sciare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua.e qualche prodotto per il bagno....non solo un erogatore per il sapone delleani

Es war nah zur Stadt und es gab auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Man hat viel zu oft Benachrichtigungen vom Anbieter bekommen. Wir wollten einen Bettbezug für die Decken. Es hat drei Tage gedauert, bis wir diese bekommen haben. Die Spülmaschine war defekt.

The apartment is on a secure building and it is spacious, quiet, safe and well located for an easy visit of Bologna. Within walking distance from the old town, many eateries, bars, bus stops, supermarkets and the train station. It has nice views from its two balconies. The bathroom is spacious and with plenty of hot water and pressure, and the washing machine while old worked great. The host was responsive and accessible.

The apartment is dated and many of the things within it are old and worn. The bed was extremely hard, the kitchen lacked basic items. The sofa(bed) needs replacing because its old and the cushions slip forward making it uncomfortable. A drip coffee maker or an expresso system would be better for visitors than the Moka coffee maker available. The sink faucet needs an aerator or replacing to avoid splashing water all over the area very time you open the faucet. The clothes drying rack is rusted and broke.

There was no breakfast supplied. The fridge was empty. However, the apartment is very clean and spacious.
