For reservation is to pour cos we waiting so long..almost 3 hour to checkin

The location is quite near to the centre

Our check in time is 3pm, but when we reach there at about 5pm and want to check in, the receptionist told me that the room is not ready yet, and I ask them by what time it can be ready, they don’t know, it’s totally unacceptable. I can see a lot of the people also facing the same issue with us, and there is a long queue also. If your hotel is fully booked the day earlier, you should be well prepared for it. I waited for about 1.5 hour to be able to check in, some people waited for more than 3 hours, it’s totally wasted our time. And you can’t even give us a time for the room to be ready, just ask us to wait. We are not always staying at Genting, and have limited time there, this is my first time encountered this situation.

Smooth check in and check out services with complimentary parking.

Parking that was far and the long wait for the buggy.

parking issue make a lot of problems to customers. they didn't mention how to waive the parking fee, on net just mention free parking. you should go to reception to waive out the fee with your touch n go before you drive out the the parking area. sometimes its far away from the block that you were staying.
