Superb safe place and friendly staff and resiption❤️

I liked the location. The staff is friendly and available to help.

The stay had a few positives, but overall the experience was disappointing. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning liquid throughout our stay, it wasn’t unpleasant exactly, but it was overpowering and uncomfortable.One of the reasons we booked the room was because of the window behind the bed shown in the pictures, but in reality it was painted white and there was no view at all.The lighting is bad.We also experienced power cuts three times during our stay. The staff did try to fix the issue quickly each time, and eventually changed our room, which we appreciated. However, the repeated interruptions and room change wasted a lot of our time and disrupted the plans we had for the day. Unfortunately, the washroom in the new room was also not very nice.

A bit far out of town, but otherwise decent. Upgraded us for free as our booked room wasn't available. No drinking/smoking as there is an addiction center on the top floor.
