"Not worth for money and no courtesy"

The only thing I like about the property is heart of the location.

Hospitality is very poor in this serviced apartment as we mentioned clearly we have infants with and we need late check out at 1 PM as we checked in at 8PM but they didn’t even have the courtesy and started knocking the door by 12:30 as we were with infant we had to feed the food to baby and we left in the middle and moved out of the property. The second thing is air conditioner is not working in the 2 bed room , in addition they mentioned they have 2 bathroom and it didn’t clearly mentioned one bathroom is common bathroom and we felt difficult while 2 families accessing bathroom. It’s mentioned 4 beds in the property but it has only 2 beds with no locks in the bedroom door and it was very difficult for us to manage.

"Great location with big pool!"

Great location, two flats together so we could accommodate a large group, great view from the balcony and we loved the pool!

Communication was slow at times - one family member wanted to check in before I arrived and we didn’t get the check in details until we landed in the evening. Also a bit tricky finding the accommodation - suggest a photo of the sign outside is sent as part of check in details

"Une vue top sur la tour Lotus"

La taille de l'appartement. Chambres spacieuses, chacune sa salle de bain. L'incroyable vue sur la tour lotus qui s'éclaire le soir c'est magique. La piscine au 6eme avec immense terrasse. L'appartement est au 22eme. Clim dans toutes les pièces.

L'appart est situé au 320 et non 322. On a galère avec le gars du tuktuk, qui a fini par abandonner et moi seule avec ma valise... Le canapé est à changer (très dur et abîmé). Pas de torchon dans la cuisine. L'appart est sûrement plus adapté ppur les familles ou personnes qui y restent plusieurs jours. Pour 1 nuit, 1 personne, finalement j'aurais du aller à l'hôtel. Mais sinon franchement c'est sympa.
