SkyLounge Apartment 2 Colombo

The host/owner was very good and was easy to coordinate with. Really good apartment for a group of 6 people.

Pulizia molto superficiale

We stayed two nights and were very happy. Communication with host was quick and efficient. Check in easy (self). Apartment was clean and bug-free. Two bedrooms (with iron and ironing board)and two bathrooms (hair drier, bath and pool towels provided, half a roll of toilet paper in each, no toiletries), spacious living room, separate kitchen (well-equipped though we didn't manage to use the gas-stove). Great view from balcony onto the lake (chairs and small table provided). Good location , easy to reach downtown by Tuktuk or 45 minutes on foot), three large supermarkets close by (one almost across), nice open-air eateries around. Host was nice enough to grant us later checkout and then we could also leave suitcases at reception.

Shades don't darken room sufficiently. Wifi didn't always work. Window in one bathroom doesn't close. A little more than 100 US dollars was somewhat pricey

La posizione in pieno centro e l’ampiezza dei locali

La cucina non era ben pulita e la maggior parte degli elettrodomestici non funzionava (fornello elettrico, lavastoviglie) nonostante fossero indicati come servizi. Inoltre avevamo prenotato per 10 persone, 5 per appartamento, ma erano state preparate solo 4 camere da due persone , senza predisporre letti aggiuntivi o divano letto. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Il prezzo è alto rispetto agli standard dello Sri Lanka pertanto il servizio deve essere migliorato. Inoltre mi era stato che potevamo pagare con carta di credito mentre invece quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che non era possibile

The apartment was spacious, well located, well priced, clean and with fantastic views.

The sofa was slightly uncomfortable and could ideally do with replacing due to a couple of cigarette burns.
