Location is Good

The rooms were very small. Not as per photographs and definitely not as per rates.

Not at all happy with the stay and service. Not shown as in the picture. There is nothing to like about the stay. Except a courteous staff called kumar. Suggestion avoid booking this property

1. The room shown to us was feeling too dunge and damp. I had to request for a better room , they charged me 500rs extra. 2. Next morning had a special request to serve a little later as we had to do sight seeing and take the early train. The staff agreed at first that they will keep it ready. But then once we returned they denied. After some basic bf item could have been provided. The staff called the owner and checked and the Owner denied clearly showed he didn't have customer service. 3. Checkout time is 12pm in most of the hotel and homestay I understand. We need an extra 30mins to freshen up and wind up . The staff came twice to remind us to checkout within 30mins . The hotel literally had no other customers to attend yet. The owner didn't even have to be courteous to understand our comfort or give us the feel good factor. I was so pissed off that I just dumped everything and got out before I could give him my share of frustrations. 4. Car packing space is literally on the road and it's not safe at all to park.
