Location is very difficult to locate.. Rooms are good enough

Though we liked the Fern residency hotel for our stay.. We took almost 2 hours to reach the hotel in the evening as road repair works were going on..Though we had reserved two rooms through Booking.Com, as soon as we reached the hotel we were stopped by the reception staff to pay in advance the room rents..We were treated as though we would run away without paying the room tarrif. Secondly, when we were checking out next day morning, we thought of having breakfast we were prevented to having breakfast as we were not in the list of customers. We had to pay hefty ₹600 per person to eat our breakfast.. Not acceptable for having paid ₹ 6000 for room rent per night stay

Internet problem very difficult with internet services So if one is on business stay at this hotel then do not rely on their internet

Front office staff were very cooperative.

Parking, rest rooms fr drivers, bigger restaurants

Good clean and spacious rooms

Bathroom shower pipe fittings were old and loose

The beds where comfortable and the staff was nice. The food was very good! They arranged a driver for us for the two days to visit the caves and the driver was very good and professional. Prices for the driver were reasonable.

The gym was really bad. The floor in the hallway look and felt like it had water damage. The whole property looked run down. The pool didn't look very inviting. It was located a bit outside the property and was missing some love. And you couldn't open the windows.
