The hotel is brand new and very clean with some high end accessories. Security guards great, good parking.

Checked in at 8:30 pm as agreed, staff told us where the restaurant is. Didn't tell us it closes at 6:30pm. There is nowhere outside to get food at 9pm except a convenience store. You get a kettle and basic drink making facilities but you have to boil it on the floor as no nearby socket. SMART TV but unless you sign in with your own account on say Netflix or YouTube don't plan on watching anything. Shower is high end but ours was mounted so high up the wall and was not adjustable all it did was wash the shower wall at a height of about 6 feet, absolutely pointless. Worst part as it is new it is still being worked on, when all you want is a good rest hammering at 7:15am is not appreciated. Reception staffed only when they feel like it, it feels like they have great guards but poor public facing personnel.

Booked only 1 room in The Glory Hotel and Residence to celebrate my birthday with family but ended booking total of 3 rooms!. I asked them if it is possible to check in early. They allowed us to check in 10am instead of the usual 3pm check in time since there is already available room. From the moment we checked in, they already showed exceptional service and hospitality. Check in process was seamless. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious so we decided to invite our friends and book another 2 rooms. What truly sets The Glory Hotel and Residence apart, is its staff. Everyone, from the security guards, lifeguard, housekeepers, front desk team, and managers showed level of professionalism and kindness that made our stay a magnificent one. They allowed us to bring outside food even assisted us in bringing them inside our room. They also received and brought the food we ordered from Grabdelivery. Breakfast buffet was good too! Enjoyed swimming pool area so much Wifi is great. Best part is they also allowed us to check out late (6pm).

No netflix/youtube (television). Not sure because we did not ask the staff about it.

Room is so nice, clean, tidy, and homey. Buffet breakfast is very good, and well-arranged, managers and staff are so welcoming, polite, attentive, helpful, well-dressed, and friendly. We'll surely come back.
