Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec mes enfants. L’accueil et le service étaient plus que parfaits. L’endroit est propre et exactement conforme aux photos. Un grand merci à Anas pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Merci également à Naima qui nous a accompagnés durant tout notre séjour, une personne adorable, honnête et très serviable.

Large, modern and beautifully decorated property with a lovely size pool. Great pool and ping pong table as well as games for the family.

Garden space very small and only 2 sun-loungers. Maid service could do more cleaning.

Todo genial, limpio, en buen estado, incluso la piscina perfecta. Los desayunos geniales y el trato inmejorable. Apartado pero cerca del centro para así tener tranquilidad. Gracias también al anfitrión por dejarnos tener las maletas allí el último día hasta que nos fuimos. Por poner un pequeño pero es que para que saliera agua caliente tenías que tener el grifo un rato abierto. Lo recomiendo si o si, y su vuelvo ya se dónde iré si está libre.

Large rooms, absolutely clean, many facilities, very responsive and nice host. We didnt use the pool as it wasnt exactly hot in January, but we did use the fireplace which was a very nice touch.

The only reason I cannot give 10 is that the heating was turned off as we arrived. Heating worked, but it took almost a day to heat up the rooms.

We stayed at this villa in Marrakech for 4 nights and everything was above expectations. The house was immaculately clean, very comfortable, spacious, and even better than the photos. The pool was perfect for cooling down in the heat and relaxing during the day. A special thank you to Anas, who was extremely friendly and excellent in communication via WhatsApp. He was always responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free from arrival to departure. Another huge thank you to Naïma, the housekeeper, who was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. She kept the villa spotless and prepared a delicious fresh Moroccan breakfast each morning. Upon our request, she also cooked evening meals twice — once a traditional couscous and once a homemade tajine, both absolutely amazing. Honestly, the homemade tajine was better than many we tried in the markets and city. The location is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing, yet still easy to reach the centre of Marrakech. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and plenty of space made it perfect for families or groups. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding hospitality. We would 100% recommend this villa and would happily stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The weather was abit cold to use the pool, hopefully will return here in summer.
