There is no pool, the breakfast sucks, they try to make it look and sound like something it’s not! The elevator was out! They just need to get it together for the money they make at this place!! NEEDS UPDATING & IMPROVING

The staff upon check in was very accommodating. I had forgotten to request an upper floor room. When I arrived I was booked for a first floor room. It was changed immediately upon request.
I'm a diabetic and can't eat certain things. So the items provided for breakfast (white toast, over ripen bananas, and bagels) weren't suitable for me. Whole wheat bread or a cup of Greek yogurt would have been something I could have eaten. Instead, I had to leave the hotel to get something to eat.
