The location was good, the Living room was, Dining room and bedroom were newly remodeled with excellent views. The building was old. Parking was easy.

The bathroom was old, and the water drainage was slow. The same is true with the kitchen. The faucets and cabinets were old. Neighbors were friendly and the building was quiet. Shopping was nearby and convenient. The walk to the river is nearby and nice. Public transportation is nearby, and an inexpensive taxi service is nearby. I kept a car because of the out of the town travel. Because of the parking difficulty, I would not recommend travel into the town center with a car.
