Please note despite the property is located on the ground floor, it is not accessible for wheelchairs. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please note that the water is not drinkable. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 7.50 eur per person, per night Towels: 7.50 eur per person, per night Please contact the property before arrival for rental. Please note that in case of loss of the access card, the guest will have to provide a Loss or Theft Report, and pay a penalty of 50.00 EUR. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €35 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos. Please note that is mandatory to inform the property in advance sending picture of the pet. Not all kind of pets are allowed. Please note that the property is equipped with emergency wall lights and fire extinguishers and emergency indicators. Access by car or motorcycle is permitted for loading and unloading luggage. Free shuttle service in July and August. Please note that to complete the automatic check-in process, guests must provide ID prior to arrival to gain access to the facility. Please note that {dogs/pets} are only allowed upon request and subject to approval Guests wishing to bring small or very small pets (allowed for a supplement of €35 per night) are asked to send a photo of the animal in advance. This will help us assess whether it can be accepted while respecting the rules and ensuring the comfort of all guests. Kindly note that guests are not allowed to enter the property without valid identity documents.
