Хорошее расположение - в этом месте удобная инфраструктра (торговый центр, набережная, кафе, рестораны и магазины). До центра города дошли за 15-20 мин. У нас самолёт был на вторую половину дня, с хозяин без проблем согласовали поздний выезд.

В отдельных местах уже требуется мелкий ремонт.
