"Bad"

We did not get our money back from booking.com although we could not use the appartment as the owner refused the booking. In details: We booked the appartment via booking.com and payed it. They confirmed the booking. The owner refused the booking as he released the appartment from the platform month ago. Booking.com did not confirm that according tog to email of the owner. An employee of booking.com confirmed me at the phone that they will give me the money back. After several claims via email, booking.com refused the payment / credit note to me
