Cozy, charming apartment. Two separate rooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower), located in the fascinating medieval town of Sutri. Many beautiful and interesting places around. The host, Francesca, gave us a very warm welcome and allowed us to check in two hours early.

The breakfast is very sparse. The Wi-Fi doesn't work well. It's difficult to drive up directly to the apartment, so you have to carry your suitcases .At first, there was no hot water until the host's brother came and turned it on. Many things are missing in the kitchen—spoons, a proper knife, and an electric kettle.
