跟你收deposit就非常有效率，钱收到后才来说“我们会有延迟，因为上一个租客延迟退房了”需要我等多一个小时才能入住，这些明明是他可以提前通知的非要到了入住时间点然后让我缴费了才告知我。理由还要是还没打扫。入住时间点之前我就联系了他们，结果完全不回复不看信息，拖到到时间了我一直问才愿意让我缴deposit。明知道是租客入住时段还回复慢。电视机有一半是坏的，风扇是破的，冷气漏水，水压小，热水器也是有问题。

Clean and comfortable. Before we checked in, we asked the staff to put a birthday cake in the refrigerator for my mother, and she was so surprised and delighted. Thank you so much! ❤️ The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.😍🥰

The property is old, the car porch is too high. Easy crash the bumper. and aircond not cold. Fridge is smelly and cannot used at all.

Has the facility like fridges, heaters, water dispensers, iron, hair dyer, stove n etc to tick the box

Bathroom dirty, hall air conditioning is very hp spec which very hot n stuffy. House is extremely dusty. Bed n pillow very very thin can n uncomfortable for extra beds You will nvr able to speak to host if anything its like communicating with robot and the feel like they got ur money n deposit of 200 and they will cut anytime and u cant do anything about it…
