The place was clean and neat. The location was quiet.

it attached to and other apartment. The sound from the other apartment is quite loud. Location quite had to locate at night. Need more utensil in the kitchen

I loved the porch, the weather was amazing and the area isn't bad

The fridge was broken where the water and ice dispenses

Where do I begin? Value,location, communication, clean and amenities, for starters. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Only thing I can think of is understanding some of the TV functions.

The price & not to far away from downtown st Pete.

They lied about how many beds there are. The told me the wrong unit. It was 86 degrees inside the house. The floors were sooo dirty.

I have had the worst experience from Beginning and till end 1) improper advertising on the booking 2) bugs and termite wings all around which you said I couldn’t check in till 12 because of cleaners which isn’t true 3) the floors are dirty if you walk barefoot it’s black under your feet that just the first day on property 4) no fans in house are working non of the remotes work for fans 5) tv in the room toward street don’t work can’t do anything powers on but doesn’t change to anything 6) refrigerator is not fully functional Please there need to be some kinda of care about a guest you have when you haven’t even responded to my emails regarding pictures I sent and video of termites. I didn’t even get a response back yet

Great location. Easy to get into the downtown area. The home was also clean and had everything we needed.
