Отель расположен в тихом переулке, до центра минут 30 пешком, относительно рядом канатная дорога и автовокзал. Персонал очень внимательный, девушки на ресепшне великолепно говорят на английском . Пока ожидали оформление нам принесли кокосовое молоко, кекс и имбирь. В номере ожидали фрукты, затем принесли блинчики. Чуть позже мы ожидали доставку еды в лобби, и наше ожидание скрасили чаем. Наш номер был на 1этаже, с которого отрывался великолепный вид. В самом номере мебель из массива дерева, ванная у окна, есть интернет и телевидение. Ванная комната компактная, нам забыли положить второй комплект полотенец,но ничего страшного. Завтрак формата шведский стол. Очень разнообразный, каждый найдет для себя, чем позавтракать. Выселение прошло быстро. Мы остались всем довольны и, если приведет дорога в Далат, остановились бы ещё раз. Рекомендуем!

Great location. There is a next door cafe with great view, a small convenient store for usual needs like water, beer, snacks. Not for from attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was not expansive but very authentic and very good food. Daily menu was varied. Service and staff were friendly and helpful. During the time of our travel (April 2026), the airport in Dalat was closed for renovation until August 2026. We did not get these news until Feb 2026. The only way to get to Dalat from anywhere was by car/bus. We had booked airline tickets to Dalat airport since December 2025. We had to cancel the airline tickets and find another transportation means from Hoi An to Dalat. All the bus transportation options were not optimal or comfortable. We reached out to the hotel who arranged for us private car transportation from HCMC airport to the hotel. This was the perfect option for us: fly to HCMC (Tan Son Nhat airport) then travel by car to Dalat. Considering our lack of contact and knowledge of the local services, the hotel's accessibility and concierge service was key for a good vacation and peace of mind. Beautiful view from our balcony. There is a great local restaurant within walking distance. Great local, authentic food, great service and very reasonable prices. The hotel can also arrange for car rides at a very reasonable price to any attractions or restaurants.

The water temperature in the shower can be variable.

We think this is one of the best hotels we have ever found in the world. It is quiet, clean, hospitable and well located. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after. We were lucky enough to get a room on the second floor facing the dawn and watched it at 5am every morning. That was very special for us. Don't forget to turn right in the lane and try the croissants and coffee two houses along on the same side where they also have lovely pottery and a fat corgi!

The driveway entrance is steep but the staff will be there to help.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this hotel. The interior design is beautiful and very cozy, with stunning panoramic views of the mountains from the room. The bathtub by the window was one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we really appreciated the complimentary fruits and desserts delivered to our room throughout the stay. Everything was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed.

Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
