Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and new, staffs are ok.

The hotel location doesn't meet our expectation. Also the reception area is quite inconvenient and weird as located at semi basement, esp. we have elderly people and children as well, which is uncomfortable to climb down the slope for check in even pulling the luggage down and up. The hotel address may lead to a misunderstanding and easily confused. My brother told me that sleeping on the mattress was giving him back pains.

The View was worth every single dime. When a property boasts about their views, there's usually a catch e.g. an annoying power-line, an intruding neighbour's backyard, etc. This however, was an unblocked panoramic view of a mountain sunrise, a lush valley and the mist. The staff were very caring and obliging and gave good recommendations viz FnB and sightseeing.

Water-pressure in the shower was weak

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and nearby center. Breakfast is good and afternoon tea is a plus.

Very peaceful and relax place to stay in Dalat. The hotel is new and clean. It has nice air and mountain view. The staff are very sweet and helpful. It’s easy to go town area from here, away from the hustle and bustle. Check out the bbq restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel especially Gạt tàn đời and Nuong Tren May. It added so much flavours to our stay.

The bed is a bit hard even the topper is added, but still ok.

Location, staff, room were absolutely top notch. Location is closer to the airport than some of the other stays in da lat. Although it is pretty hard to get a car through the narrow roads, but all the grab drivers seem able to drive through these areas. I would say the staff is the best part of this property. Super friendly, super service oriented and super helpful. Bed is very hard, but I am able to sleep on any surface. However, as the staff mentioned it is possible to get bed topper. The room is romantic with exposed bathtub, balcony. It also comes with an ensuite. Super cheap motor bike hires 120.000 vnd/day

The rooms are not entirely sound proof. Heard the neighbours multiple times during the stay and also in the common floor area. Lack of facilities like massage, gym, pool etc. but you’re in da lat, so no need for that to be honest.

Great view from the room over the valley. Good location Staff were wonderful. Superb breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.
