"The grade of 9.2 is definitely NOT in phase with the reality of this place !"

Room decor

Very poor heating system in the rooms, extremely bad coffee, NO WIFI WHATSOEVER in the rooms (even if you have a phone, there is only ONE BAR, hence major issues with internet !) no croissants for breakfast (just a few mere cakes..) bath unclean, no night guardian (tho it is the law I believe for all hosting house in Djerba to have one?), and to top of it all NO HOT WATER for two days in a row nor any apologies from the Italian manager who gave us the impression that all she cares is money !!!!! Last but not least, having forgotten my electronic toothbrush in the bathroom, I sent someone to pick it up so as to send into me. The person that went there was not only verbally being yelled at due to my honest comments on booking.com but the same Italian lady even told the person that due to my comments, she simply 'threw away' the toothbrush (!) A very poor place to welcome guests, followed by a very poor attitude indeed...

"amazing and comfort accommodation like home"

Everything was perfect and as described in booking. rooms and bathrooms were very clean. the hotel manager Ms. Sandra was very generous and kind, she upgraded our 2-bedroom small villa to 3 bedrooms big villa without extra charges. the breakfast was very good. my kids were very happy.

swimming pool without heating system (was cold). Wi-Fi coverage is limited (no interned inside the rooms) only in the reception area which is ok. but we had a very nice time with the family. Thanks a lot Sandra for taking a good care of my family, we really appreciate that :)

We really loved Maison Leila! It's a beautiful chamber's d'hôtel with swimming pool, sunbeds,... The breakfast is a small buffet with all fresh food, bread, fruits, juice,...everything you need. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Our room looked much authentic with a beautiful typical tunesian bathroom! Everything is clean.

There is no wifi in the bedrooms, only in the common area.
