The room was insanely clean, the facilities immaculate, felt like home and super friendly for kids. Everything needed is in 3 minute distance and even the Aristotelous Square is in 5 minutes. Already suggested to 2 couples of ours and will be the go to place whenever we visit Thessaloniki.

Perfect for a short break with the family! Everything went smoothly and the communication was always friendly. Highly recommended!

The location is good.

The building is very old with a very unpleasant smell in the entrance and in the elevator. In the bathroom there is no window, nor a system to refresh the air. There is mold in the shower. There are no ceramics in the bathroom, the material is cement which is very difficult to clean. The worst part was that the shower was broken, the handles were not working. We called the owner and he send someone to fix it. He did a patent putting a paper in the handle so it could stick but a few hours later it was not working. We called him again, he said he would sent a plumper and we stayed in the apartment all afternoon waiting only to call us a few hours later to tell us he could not find a replacement handle. We could not have a proper shower for 5 days, we tried to shower with water bottles. It was the worst experience we ever had.

Wonderfull Place. Super clean and central. Person who helped us with the parking was very friendly and helpful.
