It is very dirty, we were bitten by bed bugs. The bed is very uncomfortable. No toilet paper, we had to ask twice for bed linen. Bathroom was horrible, unforgettable dirty. The room looked like it was never cleaned.

Friendly environment with various facilities.

Cheapest place in Kathmandu, they have a simple kitchen what u can use a lot of toilets and the whole gym to make workout, the gym community is also very friendly and is always open to talk or to give some tips for training.

Comfy single bed. Water machine with hot and cold water. Heaven for gym enthusiasts as they can do gym all day. Location is remote from the central area but is closer to some attractions on the east. I've never talked to them about that, afraid of how religiously offensive that could be. (-1.5) Not a single table or chair and no public area enough for a normal laptop usage. (-0.75) Dirty toilets (the owner said they'll clean up after I told him on checkout) are off-putting. (-0.25) The dorm toilet isn't an adequate one. No mirror or basin. Hooks don't function well. (-0.2). Toilets upstairs are also dirty or inadequate. USD is not accepted though it's the property currency and you may have to negotiate which is the reasonable rate. (-0.25) Extremely loud noise from gym machines, lecturing, and party music starting from 8-9 a.m. Good for early birds only. (-0.25) The water machine for hot water needs to be turned on every time before usage to save cost. (-0.05) The owner asked me to say hi on camera to his friend from my hometown, but turned out he posted my pic on booking.com. I'm not offended but he should just ask for permission. (-0.5) The owner asked for your good review personally so some travellers may be too polite in their reviews. Remark: I've been to 90+ cities and developed a rating system to filter out subjective bias. Verdict: 5.15
