Il Giardino d'Inverno Bologna

We purchased croissants and savoury treats from a local cafe very close to the apartment. Very tasty. The apartment location meant we could walk to all the interesting sites quite easily. Our host gave us restaurant recommendations which were fantastic really great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment is exceptional, very clean and very well appointed with kitchen appliances and equipment.

Nothing at fault

Superb location within easy walking distance of everywhere. Beautiful and interestingly designed apartment merging historic design with modern facilities. Tall ceilings in main room and master bedroom with beautiful designs. Be aware that this is an historic building and you are on ground level with only light coming in from the central courtyard - but no problem as you are out all day! Excellent kitchen. Two good sized bedrooms. Excellent air conditioning in all rooms. Nice inner courtyard Very secure. The apartment feels very cosy and homely with a lot of personal touches and books Very helpful host who was there to welcome us.

As in most of Bologna had to park outside old city centre. Parked at Viii Agosto. About 10 minutes walk costly at 24 euros a day but undercover and seems reasonably secure.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was stunning, in a perfect location and had everything you could need and more! Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning.
