Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità del Proprietario e del Personale addetto. La struttura è molto piacevole, ordinata e pulita, oltreché estremamente comoda. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Il B&B è posizionato in un luogo meraviglioso sulla sommità di colline di una bellezza e una suggestione unica... consigliatissimo!!!!!!!

Alessandro and alessandra were so friendly and helpfull. The view was great! The room very clean. There was so much to do in the area around the B & B.

"Excellent stay with an amazing host"

Great location if you are visiting Fermo and you have a car. Very nice and quiet area with views of the east coast. Alessandro is an amazing host, living on the premises. He was preparing fresh breakfast for us every morning, even adapting to our schedule. Ari, a super playful German Shepherd was a big bonus! Beautiful house with 4 large ensuite rooms and a shared kitchen, balconies, and a large garden. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Parking was provided for free.

Nothing to note, our stay was great.
