Property was maintained Neat and Clean, Location is also best suitable, accessible to almost all the site seeing

Good location, handy for shops and restaurants. Good communication with the caretaker. Excellent shower.

Not as clean as we would have liked. Bedlinen very old and not up to expected standards. The swing chair on balcony not great for use. Please replace with two chairs, as on the other balcony.

There were mosquitoes , a plenty of them, yet things were provided by host to get rid of them. I think proper fumigation is required frequently .

Nothing.

Everything is self-service, including basic cleaning. Cockroachs everywhere in the flat, u will sure carry home few of them inside your luggage. Pathetic cleanliness. No one to help with your luggage. Even the security guard of the building is not cooperative. No designated parking space, you have to park in open space. Approach road to the building is a single road, and localities pounce on your car making way for their own car. Saqlain - the manager from Ekostays was very arrogant and not cooperative. Care taker Manoj was ok ok. Complete army rule about timings. Even if u r 10 - 15 mins late to check-out, your deposit will be forefieted, and that's the idea behind taking 5k deposit apart from rent. Overall a very bad experience at the beginning of the new year. We stayed from 1st to 3rd Jan'25.
