Excellent Apartments with Beautiful Decor. Facilities included everything needed for the stay with thoughtful added touches. Clean Facilities and lots of useful information for local places to visit.

Outside furniture should be cleaned better before arrival. The outside Spa was excellent although some parts on the outside edges could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

A 4pm check in and a 10am checkout is not ideal for a relaxing stay. 11am checkout would have made it extra special.

The décor was tasteful and stylish, with rich colours that created a warm and luxurious atmosphere, making it the perfect setting for a stay arranged as part of a 50th birthday present for my friend. We stayed in the Cavern and experienced an issue with the en-suite bathroom window not closing properly. The staff were responsive, although they were unable to resolve the problem during our stay. However, this did not detract from what was otherwise a lovely and comfortable experience at this conveniently located accommodation, ideal for exploring the highlights of the Peak District. Whole place is beautiful and so different

The property was nice lovely lay out and well presented.

We got there hot tub wasn’t heated so couldn’t use on the Friday night we was told cleaners should put it on but didn’t. The instructions didn’t show exactly how to warm it up or use speaker etc The hot water for bath shower upstairs was not hot we did what book said but didn’t heat up. The fridge had loads water at the bottom and the freezer was just full of ice. Coffee didn’t even melt so not sure how long that was in there so had to go buy some. We paid a reasonable amount for this property to only be able to use hot tub for 1 evening.

We went in the middle of the heatwave. Rooms were very hot, but that would have been the same everywhere. Blind’s would have helped in the living room, and some of the blinds didn’t work in the bedrooms (velux blinds) but these are very small gripes!

The Devonshire Suite was beautiful, the decor and furniture perfect. It was very spacious, clean and a great location near town.

1 small niggle the en-suite bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries and the shower door handle inside the shower was missing.
