Nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně na to, že se jedná o ubytování pro 6 osob.
DEAbsolute Top Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sehr gemütlich. Klimaanlage vorhanden, 2x Toilette mit Bidet, Küche mit Herd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Autos standen überdacht. Wirklich eine schöne Gegend und ein schönes Häuschen für mehrere Familien.
Leider etwas Hellhörig, halt die kleinen Problemchen eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Und von Draußen auch. Die Zwergohreule war jede Nacht zu hören. Dafür können die Vermieter aber nichts. Tip: Die Zufahrt kann nicht mit einem tiefer gelegtem Auto gemeistert werden.
SIWe were given a huge apartment with several bathrooms. As we were the only guests on the property, we felt like landlords in the morning when the staff, who were very friendly, cleaned the area.
Well, there were some minor details suggesting investment in maintenance would not be entirely wasted money.
PLWe booked the apartment with the terrace (it was mentioned also in the confirmation we got and there was even a photo of the terrace attached). There was no terrace at all. The photo of the terrace was a fraud - it was just the entrance to the apartment. We refused to accept this apartment as not matching its description. We found another apartment ourselves for which we paid additionally. We demanded the refund from Podere Caprarecce and from the Booking.com, but were denied it. I strongly recommend to avoid Podere Caprarecce. The Booking.com did not help us, either, although we proved to them that we did not get what we paid for and that we have been cheated.

DENice farmhouse, serenely located with a lovely view. I would say you need a car to reach it comfortably. We didn't have time to visit the Canelle beach but you should! Also make sure to go for hikes. The keychain includes an entrance chip for entering the required gate to reach it (5 km from the property). At the reception of GITAV Camping Village, you receive a code for the gate which leads to the property and a code for a key box. Once locating your apartment number, there is a keybox outside the entrance door.
Water stopped working in the evening and was still not resolved in the morning. 50% refund is however in progress. Slightly unclear instructions for how and where to leave the keys. No aircon so bear that in mind if visiting in peak summer.
