Theodosia Villa By Bali Cabin

We arrived late (1:30 in the morning) due to the plane, but they welcomed us with a big smile. The place was really nice with amazing pool to cool down and swim. The breakfast was amazing and we could rent a bike directly from them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In the bathroom the water did not go down properly in the shower and the window above the toilet was dripping after a rain.

Had the most amazing stay here. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond to make this experience magical. Decorating the room for us, amazing food in the cafe right outside the villas. We will be back! Thank you so much.

The price-performance ratio is good. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is pleasant. There is a cafe next to the villa and the food is good. My only criticism is about the cleanliness. We stayed for 3 days and our sheets were never changed. If the room had been cleaned every day, my score would have been 10. Still, we are grateful for everything. We had a very enjoyable 3 days.

Really friendly staff. Went out of their way to help us when we needed to change our dates at no extra cost. Lovely room, well decorated and a nice pool in the courtyard. Free breakfast was in a cafe next door and was super yum!

A little bit far from a town and nusa dua. Grabs are pretty cheap so we were still able to get around.

Clean with house keeping done daily. Staff were very accommodating.

Issues on arrival with staff however it was resolved very quickly. Also had issues with rain water coming in both our villa’s after heavy rain. It would also be good if tea and milk can be provided in the villa’s for the guests there’s no shops near by. Also there is no laundry facilities able at the villa’s so be prepared to take extra clothes or pay outside laundry mats.

The villa is perfectly located in the heart of Ungasan, just minutes away from some of Bali’s most famous beaches like Pandawa, Padang Padang, and Gunung Payung. Whether you’re a beach lover or a surfer, having these spots so close by was incredibly convenient. Each beach offers something unique, from the pristine sands of Pandawa to the world-class surf at Padang Padang.

We have spent our honeymoon in here. The vibes was so perfect! The breeze on night was so cool and calm. We could see thousand stars through our villa while enjoying our night in terrace. In the morning we went out to Gunung Payung beach for catching the sunrise and it was so close from the villa! Would say this villa perfect for a short gateaway in Bali especially in Ungasan.

Brand new villa, it is perfect for those who looking for peace, serene and calm! We stayed for a night and it felt not enough, if I could turn back the time I would stay in this villa longer. Unfortunately, I have to back to my routine. The location is near to Pandawa beach! Imagine you can go to the beach every single time
