It was disgusting. Not clean or well maintained at all. I left after my 3rd night of my 7 day reservation due to bed bugs.

I am actually going to request a refund. The facility was unacceptable. When I arrived the desk clerk was not at the counter. No sign or buzz in bell. I had to find her out in the parking lot. The room they gave me had a malfunctioning door lock which would not open until the clerk came and opened it for me. She said there was a standing work order for the repair. Why was I given a room with a broken door lock when there were other rooms available? When I went to leave the room the door lock wouldn't shut or lock. The threshold piece between the hall and the room was missing which created a tripping hazard as well. I was offered a different room when I requested a refund but the lack of concern of staff and the poorly maintained facility and lack of security with malfunctioning door locks convinced me not to stay there. This hotel is a disgrace to the Wyndham Hotel line.

The front desk was wonderful.

Threshold to the room was missing and gritty floors were everywhere. There was also a dirty sock behind the bathroom door. I will leave the rest of your imagination...

Absolutely no cleaning was done. Hair, grease, dirt everywhere. Pennies on the floor. Water and toothpaste in sink. Boogers and spit in sink. Ring in toilet from water just sitting.

Needs more healthy choices for breakfast. The location was ok.

The motel needs remodeling!!! The bathroom in room 213 is in need of repairs.
