Never stayed at a hotel before that refused to look after luggage after checkout. Checked out at 11am, but train was at 8pm. All those hours having to carry my luggage around Busan completely wrecked the trip. AVOID THIS PLACE

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never encountered such rude hotel employees before. The woman at the front desk was very rude and constantly yelling. Our room was entered even though we told them not to enter our room. For 3 days there was no bath towel even though we pushed. The slippers they put in the room were not disposable and stank. The sink plumbing was broken, water was flowing on the floor and I slipped and fell. The jacuzzi in the room was never cleaned. When I opened it, dirt flew straight out. There was an electricity pole next to the room we stayed in, there was a sound similar to a 24-hour siren sound.

We stayed at this hotel in two separate occasions. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, in Busan is near impossible to find parking, the underground one wasn't available due to the vehicle that we had, yet he tried to find us some parking and even had agreed to keep the car keys and move the car (we just had it parked outside on a yellow line) if parking became available. In the end it wasn't needed as we decided to just pay for parking which ended up being quite expensive but, it is what it is. The room was very clean and very nice the FIRST stay, the views were good, overviewing the city.

The area, leaving the parking issue aside, the area is somewhat "shady". There are lots of advertisements for sex workers, and there are many bars and clubs that seem to want to find that type of customers. The area felt safe but a little eerie perhaps is what I wanna say. On the second stay, it was a totally different story...the room was VERY dirty, the bath was unusable, the door was peeling off and plenty of scratches and dents in different places. If I had to judge based on my first stay, a 9. Based on second, a 6 overall unfortunately.
