Местополажението, удобни легла, достатъно стаи , голяма тераса и красива гледка.Има интернет.

Недостатъчно чисто, паркетът скърцаше страшно много и събужда всички когато някой ходи, вратите стари и немогат да се затварят всички хубаво.Имаше хлебарки в кухнята. Кафемашината оставена неизмита. Ъгълът в кухнята на тавана шупнал и така оставен.Праха си стоеше по кухненското и нощните шкавчета.
