"Perfect weekend away"

The cottage was beautiful, really welcoming, homely, clean, the decor was lovely and the lounge window overlooking the river was amazing. There was a welcome basket with milk, prosecco and crisps which was a lovely touch. The beds were comfy, Emma was really responsive and went out of her way when we contacted her during the stay, also sending us information before we arrived which was very helpful. The location couldn't be any better! We felt so lucky to be able to just step outside and be on the Falls. Would also recommend the afternoon tea at the Tearooms a few steps away from the cottage! We had a great weekend here, very relaxing, the perfect location for our girly reading retreat, lots of time in nature and would definitely stay again!

Such a cosy and fabulously located property, with every comfort you could wish for. Amazing attention to detail - really felt luxurious and wonderful views out over the river. Plus, a wonderful sun trap seating area to the front - perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Quaint, cosy, clean, super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, lovely log burner, dog friendly, tastefully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Excellent location & communication with the host. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed as my whole family loved it! 🥰 Me & my dog could sit and watch/ listen to the river all day. It was so soothing and relaxing! Thank you!

Nothing apart from we didn’t stay for long enough!
