Not very tidy room

Unfortunately nothing,

Staff (Andy) was terrible, abusive, and aggressive. It was the most untidy and unhygienic property I've been in. Clothes in wardrobe and draws, hair and greasy substances in bathroom. Had to leave and stay elsewhere

Bedding had not been changes and the bed was unmade - persistent smell of fried food using bad oil permeated the air and clothing - nauseating and sickening

Bad smells - dirty bedding and unmade bed

The room was great size the bed was comfy and the shower was hot the view from the window was of the cloisters and the room was lovely and warm

No tv no clean sheets no made bed no folded towels no cleaning. If there had been access to cleaning materials I would have cleaned it and if there was a clean sheet I would have changed it myself. The room would have cost a lot more if the guy employed a cleaner.

The room itself had everything I needed. It was central to downtown. The guy was friendly enough.

I had to wait about an hour for the room to be cleaned. The sheets didn't appear to have been washed, the bathroom was nice but didn't appear to have clean bath towels.
