Room with Bathroom Sheffield City Centre

absolutely disgusting. i arrived and the bed was covered in blood and faeces . the whole place stunk of urine and the host informed me he would need to enter my room to use the toilet. I had to leave as felt unsafe. I spent over two hours on phone to various people from booking . com and still no refund or word of how to get one. I had to sleep on the streets that night and was left absolutely vulnerable. distressing and traumatising experience. I will never use booking.com again if no refund and also will escalate if i have the mental strength, zero duty of care, unbelievable

I requested for a super clean room, but there’s hairs around the toilet bowl, the blanket was worn out, room has bad odour and the kitchen was just a mesh! I requested to refund, but the owner just asked me to leave! Couldn’t be bad enough!

The location is central but I did not stay at the property as it didn't meet basic hygiene standards

The bed had worn out covering, wasn't made and looked like someone had just been sleeping in it. The floor was not vacuumed and the ensuite bath was dirty

The property was filthy with hair, dirt & pills on the floor in the bathroom. A dirty and stained made bed and plastic bottles left lying around. The caretaker was very rude and abusive when I pointed it out to him and he then started to scream. I left and found a decent hotel. I have messaged booking.com but I have heard nothing back despite their claims that you can contact them 24 hours a day.

I didn’t like the fifth & detritus in the bathroom, the dirty bedding, the rubbish and the attitude of the caretaker

Central location, friendly responsive host, Tesco less than 1 minute away. Great view of Sheffield Cathedral from the room window. Nice and warm, would highly recommend.
