Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment in Air Itam, Perfect for Family & Friends Getaway

The property is clean and well maintanined. Although it is pretty basic and the building is quite old but the property is cosy. The neighbourhood is quiet despite having MRT construction nearby and quite near to the area we were travelling to (we were travelling to Gelugor).

The ac unit at the master bedroom, the TV, water kettle and WIFI were not working during our whole stay. It was a bit disappointing but giving the price we paid we were willing to compromise and the owner was being helpful trying to arrange for maintenance to come. Although it was not successful since it was the weekend. Other thing to point out is the taste of the water tap was funny as well.

Really satisfied nothing to complaint -aircond very cold and functional -provide towel, soap,shampoo, tisue, and place to cook ramen -clean environment

Just the surrounding before enter the place kind a scary but you can't change it and the parking quite scary but is okay if you doesn't use your own transportation
