Everything! This is a hidden gem. The place is stunning with lots of thoughtful touches. Fun games were available. Hot water bottles, even though the rooms were warm. Plenty of firewood for the fire. Rocking chairs on the back patio to take advance of the sun. The lake view is incredible. Apart from not having a microwave, all the creature comforts were available, including a Braai. Pieter and Esbie were amazing hosts. There are stairs to climb, so make sure you are mobile enough. Close to a lovely little restaurant if you feel like dining out.
Nothing to dislike.

We loved this unique, off-grid cottage! So tastefully decorated, toasty fireplace, interesting books and the real coffee was very much appreciated.
